• Our total liability for any claims will not exceed $100

We are a referral service only. All work is performed by independent third parties.

7. Disputes with Contractors

If you have a dispute with a contractor:

• You must resolve it directly with the contractor
• We may assist with communication but are not responsible for resolving disputes
• You release us from any claims arising from contractor services

8. No Warranties
